About Us
TRA offers an array of staff development, continuing education
and professional certification and recertification training services that
are supported by a cadre of skilled subject matter specialists, human
resource development and information technology professionals.
Our mission is to enhance the knowledge and skills of social service
providers, human resource personnel, administrators and support staff,
educators, health practitioners and other human service professionals.
We assist in the assessment of organization and individual training needs
and implement comprehensive, client-centered, cost efficient training
workshops and seminars.
TRA, incorporated in 1989 under the laws of the District of Columbia,
is a SDB certified and GSA approved training organization. TRA's principals
are the husband-wife team of Ed and Annette White. They are both products
of the District of Columbia Public Schools and are Howard University graduates.

Edward White, Jr.
President and CEO
He is a skilled curriculum developer, trainer, classroom
instructor and project manager. His background includes thirty years
of experience as a counselor, educational coordinator and adjunct
instructor with the Howard University Institute on Drug Abuse and
the Allied Health Sciences Division of the Howard University College
of Pharmacy, Allied Health and Nursing. Under his leadership, TRA
has earned a reputation as an organization that can be trusted to
"go the extra mile" and one that reinvests its resources
into improving its client services.

Annette J. White
Vice-President
She is the consummate professional with an array
of documented skills in the field of education. Her diverse experiences
in the District of Columbia Public Schools include assignments as
a mathematics teacher, computer lab instructor, pupil personnel
services specialist, gifted and talented resource coordinator and
alternative education administrator. This background prepared her
for the demands of overseeing TRA's continuing education, career
development and professional certification projects. Her insights
and skills are essential to the quality and success of TRA's services.
